about High Party School - Institute of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia
Considering that the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia merged the High Party School and the Institute of Social Sciences in a single institution entitled "High Party School - Institute of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia,"
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has acted under Rule 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
High Party School - Institute of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia has the status of a university. Graduates of this school have the rights and duties of university graduates.
High Party School - Institute of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia has the right to award scientific degrees according to the statutory measure No. 64 / 1959 Coll., on the award of scientific degrees and on the State Commission for Scientific Aspects.
Government Order No. 97 / 1953 Coll., on the High Party School at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, and Act No. 70 / 1957 Coll., on the Institute of Social Sciences at the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia, is hereby repealed.
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 September 1961.
