GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 February 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 110 / 2001 Coll., laying down additional vehicles which may be fitted with a special audible warning device accompanied by a special blue warning light, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 137 (1) of Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and on amendments to certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended by Act No. 411 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 233 / 2013 Coll.:
In Section 2 of Government Decree No. 110 / 2001 Coll., laying down additional vehicles which may be fitted with a special audible warning device accompanied by a special blue warning light, the dot shall be replaced by a comma at the end of paragraph 1 and the following point (o) shall be added:
"(o) Water rescue services of ČK, z.s. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2021.
