on the extension of the commitment of the Collective Higher Level Contract
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on Collective Negotiations, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the Collective Agreement of Higher Degree for 2013, concluded on 26 November 2012 between the Employers' Organisation - Association of the Textile - Clothing - Leather Industry and the Higher Trade Union - Trade Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech Republic and Moravia, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector designated by the classification codes of economic activities CZ - NACE 13, 14 and 15.
The content of a collective contract of higher degree can be found at the Labour Office and on the website of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (www.mpsv.cz).
