DECLARATION

amending Decree No 642 / 2004 Coll., implementing the Civil ID Act and the Travel Documents Act, as amended
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 5 (5) (a) of Act No. 329 / 1999 Coll., on Travel Documents and amending Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on Travel Documents), as amended by Act No. 136 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 106 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 140 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 197 / 2010 Coll.:
Decree No. 642 / 2004 Coll., implementing the Act on Civil Documents and the Act on Travel Documents, as amended by Decree No. 299 / 2006 Coll., Decree No. 417 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No. 65 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 6 (4) and 7 (2), "(a)" shall be replaced by "paragraph 1."
2. § 12a is deleted;
3. Annex No 17 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2011.
