GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 27 January 1993
amending Regulation No 372 / 1992 of the Government of the Czech Republic Coll., laying down details of the performance of civil service
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (1) of Act No. 18 / 1992 Coll., on Civil Service:
Decree of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 372 / 1992 Coll., laying down details of the performance of civil service, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4, the words "only on the basis of recommendations (conclusions) of the Medical Commission (3) 'are replaced by the words" only on the basis of the opinion of the physician'.
footnote 3 is deleted.
2. Article 5 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) An organisation in which a civil service is carried out is required to provide a citizen with this service for free accommodation, to provide him with free working clothes, (4) a diet at least three times a day with the value of the basic service standard of a soldier, serving at the rate corresponding to a regular private in the basic service and a clothing allowance of CZK 150. In the case of a business trip, the citizen performing a civil service shall be provided with an amount per meal equal to the standard of eating of the soldier in the basic service and an additional fee of CZK 14.40 per full calendar day; if the business trip does not last all calendar day, this amount shall be reduced proportionately. ';
3. In Paragraph 7 (2), the words "by a medical commission 'are replaced by the words" by a doctor'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
