supplementing the Government Order No. 36 / 1969 Coll., laying down further cases where an apartment can be allocated in the state interest, as amended by the Government Order No. 88 / 1970 Coll. and the Government Order No. 1 / 1985 Coll.
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 20 paragraph 2 of Act No. 41 / 1964 Coll., on the management of flats:
Government Decree No. 36 / 1969 Coll., laying down other cases where an apartment can be allocated in the state interest, as amended by Government Decree No. 88 / 1970 Coll. and Government Decree No. 1 / 1985 Coll., is added as follows:
In Article I, the following point (o) is added at the end:
"(o) personnel recruited in the framework of the resettlement of selected territories, in the municipalities or parts of municipalities listed in the Annex to this Regulation.";
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
