amending and supplementing Decree No 28 / 1981 Coll., on the Locarn Agreement establishing an international classification of industrial designs and models, signed at Locarn on 8 October 1968
By decision of the Assembly of the Locarne Union on 2 October 1979, the following amendments were adopted to the above-mentioned Locarno Agreement:
1. in Article 5.2 (a) (iv), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by the word "two-year";
2. in Article 5.4 (a), "three years" shall be replaced by "two years";
These amendments entered into force on 23 November 1981 on the basis of Article 8 (3) of the Lokarna Agreement and entered into force on 23 November 1981 for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
