on the protected areas of natural water accumulation of Cheb Basins and Slavkovsky Forest, North Bohemia Cretaceous, East Bohemia Cretaceous, Polická Basin, Třeboňská Basin and Quartera of the river Moravia
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 18 of Act No. 138 / 1973 Coll., on Water (Water Act):
(1) The areas of the Cheb Basin and the Slavkovsky Forest, the North Bohemian Cretaceous, the East Bohemian Cretaceous, the Polické Basin, the Třeboňská Basin and the Quartera of the Morava River, which form a significant natural accumulation of surface and groundwater for their natural conditions, are protected areas of natural water accumulation ("protected water-management areas").
(2) The boundaries of the protected waters referred to in paragraph 1 are defined in the Annex to this Regulation; maps of protected water-management areas shall be deposited with the regional national committees in whose territorial competence they are.
(1) The following shall be prohibited in protected waters:
(a) reduce the size of forest land by more than 25 ha in individual cases; in the individual protected water management area, the total size of forest land may be reduced by a maximum of 500 hectares against the condition at the date of entry into force of this Regulation;
(b) to drain more than 250 ha of continuous land for forest land;
(c) to drain more than 50 ha of continuous land on agricultural parcels unless it is demonstrated by hydrogeological assessment that drainage does not endanger groundwater circulation;
(d) to benefit from peat in quantities exceeding 500 000 m3 per site, unless it is demonstrated by hydrogeological evaluation that the extraction of peat will not jeopardise the circulation of groundwater; the prohibition does not apply to the extraction of peat from natural medical resources, 1)
(e) to mine minerals in a surface manner or to carry out other earth works which would lead to the uncovering of continuous groundwater levels; the prohibition does not apply to mining
1. gravel, sand and gravel, if the time process and extraction technology are adapted to the possibilities of subsequent water-based use of the bearing space;
2. in quarries in which it is necessary to move to semi-jams or pit mining and where there is no more than 10 ha surface unveiling;
3. all types of coal, (2) if the important environmental functions of the territory are not compromised,
4. other reserved minerals, (2) if no more than 10 ha surface exposure is achieved;
(f) mine and process radioactive raw materials for which disposal of waste is not ensured in accordance with water quality regulations, 3)
(g) to store radioactive waste from the production or regeneration of fuel cells for nuclear power stations and radioactive waste from nuclear power stations;
(h) carry out geological and hydrogeological exploratory work if individual exploratory objects are subsequently not used in water or subsequently modified so as not to endanger the circulation of groundwater;
(i) carry out construction:
1. establishments for pigs for fattening with a total arrest capacity of over 5000 pieces;
2. oil processing plants and chemical production plants using oil or petroleum substances as raw materials;
3. oil stores with a tank capacity exceeding 1000 m3;
4. long-distance pipelines for the transport of petroleum substances, including accessories, provided that they are not fitted against the leakage of petroleum substances into surface and groundwater, or that a control system is not built to detect their leakage;
5. non-waste water storage sites which may endanger the quality or health of surface or groundwater, (4) with a capacity exceeding the plant's operational needs;
6. solid fuel heat plants with a power output exceeding 200 MW.
(2) The prohibitions provided for in paragraph 1 do not apply to:
(a) construction and installations which were in conformity with the regulations under construction or in use before the date of entry into force of this Regulation;
(b) activities which were carried out in accordance with the rules before the date of entry into force of this Regulation;
(c) the activities referred to in points (a), (d) and (e) of paragraph 1, in connection with the construction of water tanks, the adaptation of watercourses of major water flows and the construction of storage facilities for the supply of drinking water to the population;
(d) mining of mineral-reserved bearings (5) in specified conquest areas and for the treatment of radioactive raw materials in connection with conquest in such conquest areas.
(3) In exceptional cases, the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic may allow exemptions from the provisions of paragraph 1 (a), (e), (f) and (i) No 6.
In protected water-management areas, landfills of urban and industrial waste may be established only in places where the waste content cannot be excavated into groundwater or surface water, or where technical measures are carried out to prevent leaching into groundwater or surface water.
This Regulation shall be without prejudice to the competences of the institutions and tasks of organisations arising from the State conservation rules and other specific regulations. 6)
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1982.

Protected area of natural water accumulation

The border of the protected water management area has been following the border of the border crossing of the border over Ohří on the road I / 6 in the West Bohemian Region in the northern direction of Cheb district the border of the wider protection zone of the natural medical resources Františkova Lazne 1) and is identical to the border between the border of the protected water management area Krušný hora, 2) south of Luby. It follows the border of the protected water-management area of the Krušné hora up to its intersection with the border of the wider protection zone of Františkova Lazne, west of Lítov. It also passes to the district of Sokolov and follows the border of the wider protection zone of Františkovy Lazne to the border of the protected landscape area Slavkovský forest, 3) south of Kynjeměrek nad Ohří.
In the eastern direction it follows the border of the protected landscape area Slavkovský forest until it is crossed with the flow of Ohře and continues along the right bank of the Ohře river to Pionýřská. It continues along the road towards Doubí in the district of Karlovy Vary, from which it continues along the road I / 20 to the barrier of the Bředová tank on the Teplá. Following the left bank of the Teplé river, it continues to feed the Lomnický creek and along the right bank of the Lomnické creek up to the dam of the tank near Pozac. From the dam of the tank it follows the eastern direction to the border of the 3rd protection zone of the tank on the Lomnicke creek near Pozatc, 4) which is followed by the intersection with the border of the protected landscape area Slavkovský forest, south of Javorné.
Furthermore, the border of the protected water management area follows the border of the protected landscape area Slavkovský forest in a southern direction to the village of Michalova Hora in Tachov district and follows it in a northwest direction to its intersection with the Ohra and Mje water catchment areas, east of Old Water. Further to the west, it takes place on this distribution line up to the top of Dyleň (cote 940) and in the northwest direction it follows the state border, which it follows up to the border crossing of the border over Ohří.

The northern border of the protected water economy area is the same as the northern border of the protected landscape area of Labská sandstone (1) - from the border crossing of Petrovice in the North Bohemian region in the Ústí nad Labem district takes place on the state border with the German Democratic Republic to Vilémov in the Děčín district. It also follows the border of the protected landscape area of the Labská sandstone up to the border of the protected landscape area of the Lusatian Mountains, 2) after which it continues to the state border with the German Democratic Republic near the Lower Podluží in the district of Česká Lípa, along the national border to Hradec nad Nisou in the district of Liberec and in the southeast direction to the intersection of the border of the protected landscape area of Lusatian Mountains with the water catchment areas of Lusatian Nisa and Ploučnice situated on the road I / 13 north of Jitrava.
The border of the protected water management area follows the water catchment area of Lusatian Nisa and Ploučnice up to Ještěd (cubit 1012), where it passes to the water catchment area of Lusatian Nisa and Jizera and leads to Maršovická vrch (cubit 743) in the district of Jablonec nad Nisou. It continues in the southern direction along the border of the water stream Jizera (number 11, profile of Příšovice) to the Frýdštejn- Dalešice road, where it turns along the road via Mukařov and Želec to Jizera. Further it takes place on the right bank of the Jizera against the flow into the profile of the estuary of Zbytský creek and after it against the flow into the village of Koberevy-Hloudov and from there along the road through the long road, Smrčí do Záhoří in the East Bohemia district of Semily. From Záhoří, the south direction continues through the junction over the junction 542, the top of Koskóv (cubit 744), the cubit 381 south of Tatobit on the cubicle 322 south of Júnov and the road II / 282 to Rovenska under Troskami. It continues in the eastern direction along the railway line Turnov-Hradec Králové to Podělší in the district of Jicin, to the intersection with the water catchment area of Cidlina and Jizera, on which it returns in the western direction until its intersection with the road I / 16 near Oharice. It follows the road I / 16 south of Sobotka to the intersection near Horní Bousova in the Central Bohemian Region in the district of Mladá Běslav and then the road II / 268 to the Priestry. From there it takes the road through I / 10 and then south towards Chudoples, where on booth 242 it connects to the border of the 2nd protective zone of the source Bradlec3) and then continues to the Scar.
The border of the protected water management area continues in the southern direction along the left bank of Jizera and follows the eastern and southern restrictions on the water flow of Jizera (number 12, Sojovice profile), where it interferes with the districts of Nymburk and Praha- east and returns to the western border of the water flow to Upper Slivna in the district of Mladá Běslav. From there it turns on the road Upper Slivno- Košáčky and from the eastern edge of the village Košáčky follows the forest border and at Kojovice it connects to the road to Byšice in the district of Mělík. It continues along the I / 16 road towards Mělík, which passes the northeastern edge of the construction to the Elbe and passes the Elbe flow north of Mělnik in river km 5 (kilometer of the lower river Elbe from the Vltava estuary).
On the left bank of the Elbe, the border of the protected water management area is connected to the southern limits of the external protection zone of the water source Čepel4) on the territory of the districts of Měník and Kladno in the Central Bohemian Region and Litoměřice in the North Bohemian Region. East of the town of Mšené- the spa is diverted from the border of the protection zone of the Blade and follows the northern direction of the road I / 30 to Budyn nad Ohří and along the road towards Žabovřesky crossing the flow of Ohře. Following the left bank of the Ohře (including the island of St. Klimenta u Brozan), the estuary continues to the Elbe and further along the left bank of the Elbe to the village of Mala Nunosek. The village of Malá Černošeka is circling the southern edge of the building towards the railway line Lovosice-Retenice, which it follows up to Opárna.
From the railway bridge at Oparno, it continues against the flow on the right bank of the Mileshov creek to the profile of the river's introduction from Chutimeře and against the flow of this stream to the road north of Chotibora and after it at the intersection at booth 297. From box 297, it returns through the junction to the mouth of Mileshov creek and in this profile it crosses the Elbe flow.
On the right bank of the Elbe, the border of the protected water-management area continues through the junction on the block 261 near the Great Urnosek, through the hill of the Radobýl (cote 399), at the corner 243 on the corner 209 on the western edge of Litoměřice, which goes around the northern edge of the building to the road Litoměřice. It also takes place on the road to Pohořán and via Ploskovice to Blčkovice. From there it continues through the top of the Vineyard (cubicle 258) to the cubicle 256 and along the road through the Lower Nesly, Spolenice, Upper Chobolic, Trnobrany, along the road II / 240 to the Srdova. It follows the road to Habřín, where it turns along the road to Úštěk to the railway crossing at box 278 and the link to this cubicle with cubicle 289 on the road Úštěk-Kravará. This road takes place in the village of Kravara in the district of Česká Lípa. In the north direction, the road II / 263 continues to stand 284 at Valterice, where it turns along the road towards the Pápno and crosses the Ploučnice flow. From Slápna leads along the road via Radec, Volfartice, Nová Ves, Master, New Oldřichov to Kamenický Šenov. From there, it follows the southern border of the protected landscape area of Lusatian Mountains and Labské sandstone, intervenes in the district of Děčín and ends at the border crossing Petrovice.

The border of the protected water management area is connected to the border of the protected water management area Orlická hory1) on its intersection with the water distribution area Orlice and Metuje, north of Sedlonov in the East Bohemian Region in the district of Rychnov nad Knežně and continues along it in a southern direction and further from Petrčín along the border of the protected water management area Žamberk-Králíky 2) to Žamberka in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí. From there it leads in the southwest direction along the road II / 312 to Hejnice to the intersection at booth 463 and further along the junction over the hill Koznik (booth 538) to booth 411 near Sandy. He also follows the road through the Jampach and the Trailer to the Silent Orlica and the River Dobráček towards the flow to Upper Dobrovich. From there it leads along the road II / 313 to the water catchment area of the Elbe and the Danube, and along it in a southern direction through the top of Palici to the cubicle 536 (At the burned shed), where it moves into the valley of the Hover hunting and on the way to Damnikov. It continues along the road through Dopík to Mladejov in Svitavy district, where it connects to the railway train, which leads south towards the mine Václav Theodor, at the 505 cubicle on the I / 35 road, west of the Moravian Třebová.
The border of the protected water economic area turns from the road I / 35 under a cubicle of 505 south towards the forest road via the junction 513 to its conclusion on the road Zaddy-Køenov and continues along the junction on the top of Rozžek (corner 552), Pastviska (corner 570) to the intersection of the water catchment area of Svratka and Moravia with the border of the East Bohemian and South Moravian regions. It follows this border in the western direction towards its intersection with the flow of Křetínka, between Bohunov and Horní Poříčí, and continues against the flow of Křetňka to the mouth of the Golden Brook and after the Golden Brook to Horní Jedlová and along road II / 362 in the north direction to Poška. From there it leads in the west direction along the I / 34 road to the crossroads at booth 582 and further in the north direction along the road through the Broad Mine to Lubná, where it turns west towards the Zinkar pond.
From the Zinkar pond, the border is followed by Desné to Kamenný Sedliště and along the southwest edge of the Lower, Middle and Upper Pond is connected to Bork on Road II / 359. After it leads through the Proseč in the District of Chrudim to Zderazi and further along the road through Perálec and the Anniversary to the Prezorány. From there, it continues in the north direction along the left bank of Krounka to its estuary and further along the left bank of Novhradec to Luže, where it connects to the road II / 305 and continues through Straduň, Jaroslav and Horní Jelení in the district of Pardubice to Bohohradek in the district of Rychnov nad Knežně.
From Bohohradek leads the border of the protected water management area along the road II / 318 to České stic on the road I / 11, from which it turns west of the village on the road via Rašovice and Křivice on the road II / 304, along which it leads on the fork at booth 299, east of Bolehost. Here it turns on the road through Bolehost, Očelice, Town, High Ústí nad Dědina and Jílovice to the Výrava district of Hradec Kralove. The road II / 299 through Libřice crosses the border of the districts of Hradec Králové and Náhod.
The border of the protected water-management area follows the west of the border of Hradec Králové and Náchová and the districts of Hradec Králové and Trutnov to the intersection with the water catchment area of Upper Elbe and Cidlina, east of Cerekvice nad Bystřice. After this distribution station leads through Boňka in the district of Jičín to the cubicle 328 near Maňovice, and in the western direction along the road via Kacherov to Horice, which goes around the northern edge of the building. It follows the road I / 35 through Ostromedir to Úlibic and from there the road I / 16 to Kumburski Újezda. Here it passes on the road through the Pusta Proseč and Valdov until the 409, where it connects to the border of the wider protection zone of the Spa Belgrade .3) Following the border of the protection zone it leads to Bukovina near Pecka and from there along the Tetín-Pecka road in a northern direction at the crossroads at booth 468. From this cubicle it leads through the junction through the cubicle 541 (On the Red Hill), the top of the Dubinka (cubit 504), the barrier (520), the wall (500), the Elbe hill (468), the Martin wall (486), the deer hill (503), the Sunstone (511), the barrier (548), the windbreaker (511) at the intersection at the booth 522 south of the Upper Zdar and on the road to Hajnice. Here he goes to the Hajnický brook and from his mouth follows the flow of Belunka to Chvalkovice in the district of Náhod.
From Chvalkovice leads the border along the road II / 307 to Velké Třebešov, along the road I / 33 via České Skalice and Kleny at the intersection at booth 311, where it turns south on the road via Šnov near Nové Města nad Metuje to the railway line Otovice-Choceň. On the west side of the track it takes place in a southern direction via Nová Město nad Metuje, where the river Metuje passes and follows the river Janovský to the flood tank near Zákraví in the district of Rychnov nad Knežně. From this tank it passes to the water catchment area Metuje and Orlice, which leads to its intersection with the border of the protected landscape area of Orlická Hora.

The northern restriction of the protected water management area is parallel to the national border with the Polish People's Republic in the section from the contact of the national border with the water catchment area of Úpa and Metuje, southwest of the Upper Adrspach in the East Bohemia district of Náchody, to the bend of the national border, situated 700 m east of Buková hora (cubit 638). Here the border of the protected water management area is diverted along the northern branch of the Vernéřovický creek, which follows to Vernéřovice to the intersection of roads in the village. It takes place on the road towards Teplice nad Metuje until the intersection at booth 460 and further along the junction between the points 467, 477 and 437. From cubicle 437, it follows the edge of the forest to the state border with the Polish People's Republic to the border profile of the Cold River.
The southern restriction of the protected water management area consists of the national border with the Polish People's Republic from the border profile of the Cold stream to the intersection with the southern branch of the Brlenka stream, between the solitude of Závrška and the Mokriny, east of the village Žďádek. It continues in the western direction along this branch of the stream and after Brlenence to Žďádek and along the road towards Hronov, which goes around the northern edge of the building to Metátua. Continues against the flow Metes along its left bank to estuary the stream of Woodvich and further north along its right bank to the source and from there straight through the link to the starting point on the state border with the Polish People's Republic.

The western part of the border of the protected water management area is situated in the South Bohemia region in the district of České Budějovice from the state border with Austria on the road south of Vyšný on road II / 156, following the western direction through Nové Hrady at the junction near the Zárský pond. Here it turns north on the road via Olešnice to the Market Svina, which is circling the northeast edge of the building. It continues along road II / 146 through Borovany, Ledenice, Slavošovice, Lisov, Kolná and Lhotice at the intersection with road I / 3. It also leads along I / 3 to its intersection with the water catchment area of Vltava and Lužezka. Following this distribution line, it continues in the north direction to its intersection with the road Poreženky - Blue Horka and further along the road through Bozí, the Scoletka at the junction at booth 490. From there it leads along the junction between the conjunctions 490 and 451, and further along the road via Březnice in the district of Tabor to the intersection with road II / 137. This road leads through Sudoměřice to the turn of the road to Třebelice and Dudova.
The border of the protected water-management area leads from Dudova in a southern direction along the crest of the local pond and along the eastern edge of the pond system in the upper part of the Bechynsko creek and along its left bank to the estuary. From there he continues in the southern direction along the right bank of Lužka, crossing to the district of Jindřichův Hradec, circling the dam and the east bank of the pond Rožmberk and continuing along the right bank of Luželka to the Old Kýna and along the road to the Silver River to the New River. Following the New River leads south to the waste from the Humlen pond and along the western edge of the Humlenski ponds, Podsedek, Old Hospodář, Dwarf, Žofinka, New Hospodář.
From the pond Nový Hospodádář leads along the water stream through the ponds Vizír and Kukla and along the drive to the lake on Košnice creek and against the stream flow to Hamr. It also leads south on the road via Klikov, Františkov, Raspach and Burning Point to Road II / 150, following which it leads to the state border with Austria. Following the state border, the western direction continues to the starting point south of Vyný.

The northern restriction of the protected water management area is identical to the border of the wider protection zone of the natural medical resources of Bludov1) in the section from Rovenska to Vyšehoří, the crossing over the river Moravia near Bohtěna, Lower Studénky to Sudkov, in the North Moravian Region in the Šumperk district. From Sudkov he follows the road to Lesnice south and from Kopanic Vitošovský drive to Vitošov. From there it takes place again along the road through the Hrabová, Dubicko and Třerština and along the Lužné creek to its estuary.
From the mouth of the Lužné porec, the border of the protected water-management area to the left bank of Moravia leads to the border of the external protection zone of the sources Litovel, 2) near the Nové Zámky in Olomouc district. Along this border, it takes place in the eastern direction to Red, on the road II / 449 to Uničov and on the road II / 444 through the Újezce, Mladějovice to Šternberk. From Šternberk leads south on the road I / 46 to the intersection in Dolánek, where it turns on the road via Dolany, Továř, Samotíšky, Tavodin to Bystrovan and along Bystřice to its mouth.
From Bystí estuary, the border of the protected water management area along the left bank of Moravia continues to the outskirts of Týnečka, where it turns east on the road to Grygova and from there in a southern direction along the railway line Česká Třebová-Bohumín via Brodek u Přerov in the district of Přerov do Přerov. It also leads in the southern direction along the railway line Přerov Břeclav on the territory of the South Moravian Region, the Kromeriz district via Strumačov in the district of Gottwaldov to the north edge of Otrokovic, where it turns into a cubicle 193 on the road to Bělov. From there, the left bank of Moravia is followed to Napajedel, where it crosses the southern edge of the building on the road via Topolnou to Bílovice in the district of Uherské Hradiště. The road II / 497 continues to Jarošov, where it continues again on the left bank of Moravia.
The border of the protected water management area leads along the left bank of Moravia from Jarošov to the estuary of Staré Olšava, where it diverges against its flow and along the southern edge of the building of Uherský Hradiště follows the road I / 55. Following this road leads to crossing with Svodnice; Hungarian Island is circling the northern and western edges of the building. It continues along Svodnice to its estuary, north of Veselí in Moravia in the Hodonin district along the left bank of Moravia and along the navigation channel to its intersection with the border of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, west of Sudomeřice. From there it crosses the border of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic to the district of Breclav to the state border with Austria.
The southern boundary of the protected water-management area is the same as the national border with Austria, from which it diverts south of Breclav on the right bank of Dyje to the mouth of the Beetle stream. It continues against its flow to cross with the railway line Breclav-Refrigerator and along it to the Refrigerator. It follows the road II / 422 to Podivin and the Laden road to Ladné. From there it leads along the road and in its continuation to the west edge of the motorway and after it to cross the railway line Přerov-Břeclav. This railway line, which passes through the Hodonin district to the district of Uherské Hradiště, follows the north-east towards the crossing with road II / 427, near Nekadonic; The built part of Hodonín goes around the southern and eastern edges.
The border of the protected water management area continues along the road II / 427 through Nekadonica to the southern edge of Kostelan in Moravia and along the right bank of Moravia against the flow to the estuary of the Spytihranv-Uherské Hradiště channel. Uherské Hradiště- The Old Town is circling the northeast edge of the building on the I / 50 road, following which it leads through the Babice and Spytizráv district to the bridge via Moravia. It also takes place on the right bank of Moravia against the flow to Kroměřiž in the district of Kroměříž up to the profile of the water station in the river km 194, where it is located on the north edge of the building and connects to the railway line Ostrava-Kojetín and along it via Postěpky to the bridge via Hana.
The border of the protected water management area continues from the railway bridge on the right bank of Hanana against the flow to the bridge on the I / 47 road and the eastern edge of the Kojetín building in the North Moravian region in the Přerov district to the railway line Kojetín-Tovachev. It runs along the Valova river to the Blatu bridge, south of Tovacov. In addition, the right bank of Blata tracks against the flow into the profile of the horizontal station Klopotovice in the South Moravian Region in Prostějov district. From the horizontal profile continues along the road via Klopotovice, Biobřice, Hrdibořice, Vrbáky, Dubany do Olšan u Prostějov and via Třebčín in the North Moravian Region in Olomouc district on road II / 449. Following this road takes place via Loučany to the railway crossing north of Senice to Hanana and along the railway track through Choline to the stop of Myschovice. Further along the road through Hanyovice, Chubánek and Sobáčov to the Mlyn stream and against its flow to turn from Moravia on the lake near Temple (river km 268).
From the lake near Temple, the border of the protected water management area along the right bank of Moravia leads against the flow to Nové Mlýn, where it turns west on the road to the intersection with the road I / 35, near Palonín in the Šumperk district. It also takes place in the northern direction along this road through Mohelnice to Zábřež and further along Road II / 369 to Rovenska, where it connects to the border of the wider protection zone of Bludov's natural medical resources.
The protected water management area does not cover the territory between the flow of Blata and Moravia in the North Moravian Region in the Olomouc district. Its border takes place in the north on the railway line Olomouc-Prostějov in the section Rákady-Horka nad Moravou and further along the road to Chomoutov to Moravia. It continues along the right bank of Moravia after the flow to the bridge on the Blatec-Grygov road, where it moves west towards the road to the intersection with road II / 435 south of Tazal. The road II / 435 continues in a southern direction through the Charvats on the junction at booth 206 where it turns along the road to Klopotovice to the left bank of Blaty. It also takes place on the left bank of Blata against the flow to Vojnice, where it passes on the road leading to the Command.
