THE LAW
of 27 June 1968
amending the Law on People's Control Committees and the Law on National Committees
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Act No. 69 / 1967 Coll., on National Committees, is amended as follows:
In § 60
the provisions of paragraph 2 are deleted; and
the provisions of paragraph 3 shall be renumbered paragraph 2 as follows:
"(2) The expert work for the National Committee's People's Control Committee is provided by the Agency. The number and costs of the staff of the apparatus shall be determined by the plenary meeting of the National Committee on a proposal from the People's Control Committee. ';
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
