Order of the Minister of Justice
of 7 October 1953
determining which other undertakings are entered in the company register.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 (a) and (b) of Act No. 100 / 1950 Coll., on the Company Register:
The following shall also be entered in the company register:
1. local industry and municipal economy undertakings;
2. enterprises for foreign trade, established under Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the state organization of foreign trade and international shipping.
The existing section of the register for municipal enterprises becomes a section for local industry and local economy enterprises; the section for public limited liability companies becomes the section for public limited liability companies and undertakings for foreign trade.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
