of 17 March 2010
amending Act No 214 / 2009 Coll., on a government bond programme to cover part of the budget deficit of the Czech state budget for 2009 and amending Act No 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Article 1 (2) of Act No 214 / 2009 Coll., on a government bond programme to cover part of the budget deficit of the Czech state budget for 2009 and amending Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on amending certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended, the amount "23 600 605 000 CZK" is replaced by "37 680 190 000 CZK."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
