DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 30 June 1980
on the issue of a tariff quota for non-commercial goods
In agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance, the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides, pursuant to § 41 (2) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll.:
(1) Imported non-commercial goods (hereinafter referred to as "goods") shall be subject to a duty to be charged at the rates fixed by the customs duties of the non-commercial goods listed in the Annex.
(2) Where the duty on non-commercial goods is measured by price, the domestic retail price of the same or similar goods shall be the basis.
Decree of the Ministry of Foreign Trade No 6 / 1969 Coll., on flat-rate customs duty and replacement tax on turnover taxes on goods imported without payment, is hereby repealed.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 July 1980.
