amending and supplementing Decree No 57 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the formalities to be provided to personnel recruited by the Labour Union, Health and Social Security Councils of the Regional National Committees
The Federal Committee on Industry shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities and in order to implement the resolution of the Bureau of the Government of the CSSR of 17 November 1969 and of 9 April 1970 pursuant to Article 18 of Decree-Law No 92 / 1958 Coll., implementing Act No 70 / 1958 Coll., on the tasks of undertakings and national committees in the field of labour care, pursuant to Article 12 (2) of Law No 53 / 1968 Coll., on changes in the organisation and competence of certain central bodies, and pursuant to Article 144 (2) of Constitutional Law No 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation:
§ 1
Decree No 57 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on the formalities to be provided to staff recruited by the Labour Union, the Health and Social Security Council of the Regional National Committees ("Decree No 57 / 1959 Ú. l. ') shall be amended as follows:
1. The following sentence is added to Paragraph 6 (2): "In the organisations of the Czechoslovak uranium industry, the family support shall be up to 20 CZK for each calendar day of the duration of the employment relationship, if it is for workers married and assimilated and free, with the exceptions laid down in paragraph 3."
2. Annex 6 to Decree No 57 / 1959 of the ÚL is deleted and replaced by the following text:
"Determination of the amount of formalities and details of the terms and conditions of their admission to employment for workers in the Czechoslovak uranium industry organisations
A. Recruitment
1. Recruitment allowances will be provided to workers acquired for Czechoslovak uranium industry organisations (§ 4 zl. No. 57 / 1959 Ú. l.)
(a) when a contract of employment is concluded for at least three years, at the rate of (Cds):

For a longer period than 1 year, the amount of the recruitment allowance shall be derived according to the length of the commitment.
2. The classification of organisations in the relevant groups shall be determined annually by the Federal Committee on Industry in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, taking into account the urgency of the tasks planned.
(3) Workers who undertake to continue their agreement with the undertaking for a further period of time, for at least one year, upon completion of a fixedterm contract shall be granted a recruitment allowance of the amount set out in point 1.
B. Processing allowance
Workers entitled to the processing allowance shall be paid this allowance for a period of three months up to a total of 1025 CZK.
C. Reimbursement of the fare on the trip to visit the family
If the worker is forced to reside separately from his family household in connection with the employment, he will be allowed to visit the family and receive a proven discounted fare to and from the place of residence of the family, once a month and for the single one once every three months. The fare shall be paid on the basis of the tariffs applicable to the carriage by passenger train class 2 or, if more economical or necessary, by bus. For the length of the line exceeding 100 km in the shortest direction, the fare shall be paid on the basis of the fares applicable to the carriage of the 2nd class by express or bus. '
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
