National insurance policy regulation

Government Regulation
of 28 September 1953
on the adjustment of national insurance premiums.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the agreement of the President of the Republic, pursuant to § 42 (1) of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan), and pursuant to § 4 (2) and § 6 (3) of Act No. 102 / 1951 Coll., on the Rebuilding of National Insurance:
Paragraph 2 (2) of Decree-Law No 109 / 1952 Coll., on the modification of the employer's part of the insurance in the national insurance of employees, is amended and read as follows:
"(2) The premium shall be determined by a percentage of the total of the assessment bases of all employees of the same employer and shall be:
(a) 10% for staff
1. budgetary organisations,
2. economic and other organisations whose economic results are included in the State budget;
(b) 3% for members of the National Security Corps;
(c) 15% for other staff. "
The premium provided for in Article 2 (2) of Decree-Law No 74 / 1953 Coll., on the insurance of members of military units working in companies of the socialist sector, amounts to 10%. Of this, the company pays 5% to the military administration and 5% to the Revolutionary Trade Union Movement (sickness insurance authorities).
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1953; All members of the government will do it.
