of 2 October 1951
ceasing the operation of the Farm Products and Whaling Company.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42 (1) of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
(1) On 1 October 1951, the activity of:
a) Ústědí for the management of agricultural products, the registered fellowship with the guarantee obmezenou, and Družstva pre hospodárenie poľnohodárskymi produkami, the cooperative with the guarantee obmedzenou, established on the basis of the Act No. 278 / 1948 Coll., o Ústří pro šáčovu agricultural products,
(b) The Grand Trade Company, a limited-liability registered fellowship and its regional authority in Bratislava, established pursuant to Act No. 279 / 1948 Coll., on the Grand Trade Company in Food.
(2) Those undertakings shall enter into liquidation on the same date. The liquidators are appointed and withdrawn by the Minister for Internal Trade. The provisions on the liquidation of national industrial enterprises apply otherwise mutatis mutandis. In an agreement with the Minister for Internal Trade, the Minister for Finance shall determine how the liabilities of the liquidated undertakings which do not transfer pursuant to Paragraph 2 (1) shall be settled.
(1) From the assets of the undertakings referred to in Paragraph 1, the Minister for Internal Trade shall establish or take measures in its own field of competence or transfer it, in agreement with the competent minister, into its jurisdiction. In doing so, it sets out which liabilities are transferred with the assets taken over.
(2) In agreement with the Minister - Chairman of the State Office of Planning and the Minister for Internal Trade, the Minister for Finance may provide for derogations from the provisions of Act No. 104 / 1950 Coll., on the Financing of National and Municipal Enterprises.
Measures taken in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation before its effect shall be valid.
The acts necessary for the implementation of this Regulation shall be exempt from fees and charges.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October 1951; They shall be implemented by the Ministers of Internal Trade and Finance in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
