Government Regulation
of 27 June 1950
on the cancellation of the central pasture account and the transfer of competence in the public agricultural administration in Slovakia. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 paragraph 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies, and pursuant to § 8 paragraph 4 of Act No. 280 / 1948 Coll., on Regional Establishment:
(1) The central pasture account established pursuant to Article 8 of Act No 90 / 1940 of the Coll. on compulsory arrangements for common pastures and for pasture accounts is hereby repealed.
(2) The funds of the central pasture account shall be transferred to the Treasury.
(1) The competence of the Regional National Committees pursuant to § 7 (1) of the first sentence and § 9 (2) of Act No. 90 / 1940 Coll. is transferred to the Regional National Committees.
(2) The competence of the Ministry of Agriculture in accordance with § 7 (1) of the second sentence of Act No. 90 / 1940 Coll. and § 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 81 / 1949 Coll. SNR, on the regulation of the legal conditions of the pasture property of former Urbarialists, composesorats and similar legal bodies, is transferred to the Regional National Committees.
Paragraph 10 (2) and § 12 to 14 of Act No 90 / 1940 of the Coll. is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; they shall be carried out by the Minister for Agriculture in agreement with the Minister for the Interior and other members of the Government involved.
