"(4) Pri rekonštrukciám a modernizáciáje secuje investor najneskôr pri spracování projektovátáciu dotarijšieu stát včetane rozhodujúcich techniká ekonomíčnosov o prevádzke (usují) stát a opisu technosti zariadení; Dáto dokumentácia sa takisto pripája k projektovej třihem. '
