on the exemption of private-owned housing houses from home tax
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 24 paragraph 1 No 2 of Act No. 143 / 1961 Coll., on Home Tax:
Housing houses with apartments in personal property 1) are exempt from home tax.
In § 1 (1) of Decree No. 14 / 1968 Coll., on the relief of home tax, as amended by Decree No. 143 / 1976 Coll., the words "or housing houses with personal property 'are deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
