DECLARATION
Councils of the Regional National Committee in Michalovce
of 1 July 1972
designating another municipal and local national committee in the district of the construction office
The Council of the Regional National Committee in Michalovce determines, pursuant to § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 2 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, by the building authorities:
1. City National Committee based in Stráštské, Mikhalovka district and
2. Local National Committee based in Pavlovice nad Uhom, Michal'ovka district.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
