on the merger of some monetary institutions in Prague and Brno.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The "Czech Stock Mortgage Institute, National Company" in Prague is abolished and all its rights and obligations are transferred to the "Regional Bank for Bohemia - Central Bank of Savings Bank in Bohemia and Moravia" in Prague, which will pay the National Economy Fund a refund equal to the assets of the deleted national enterprise pursuant to § 2 of Decree of the President of the Republic of 24 October 1945, No. 102 Coll., on the nationalisation of equity banks. The replacement of the lien of the cancelled firm shall be carried out in accordance with specific rules.
(1) The "First Moravian Savings Bank in Brno" is deleted and all its rights and obligations pass through a universal succession without liquidation to the "Savings House of the City of Brno."
(2) "First Moravian savings bank in Brno" passes through a universal succession without liquidation to the "Regional Bank for Moravia and Silesia"; the exchange of its liens shall be carried out in accordance with specific rules.
(1) The merger of monetary institutions under this Act is treated as if it had occurred on 1 January 1947 in the balance sheet.
(2) The entries in the public books and registers necessary to indicate the changes resulting from Sections 1 and 2 shall be made by the courts, acting on a proposal from the Receiving Money Institute, referring to this law.
(3) If doubts arise in the implementation of the provisions of Sections 1 and 2, the Minister for Finance will decide.
The legal proceedings, documents, library submissions and official acts required to implement the provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of this Act shall be exempt from taxes, fees, administrative and other public benefits.
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister of Finance in agreement with the Minister of Interior and the Minister of Justice.
