GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 March 2006
on the determination of other data registered for the soil block or for the soil block part in the agricultural land use register
The Government orders pursuant to § 3a (5) (m) of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll.:
In the case of a soil block or part of a soil block, additional data on:
(a) eligibility for direct support1),
(b) inclusion in a vulnerable area and, where appropriate, other restrictions under another legislation (2);
(c) classification in an area meeting the relevant objective of structural assistance of the European Communities in accordance with the directly applicable European Communities Regulation (3);
(d) the presence of a bird area or, where appropriate, a European site under another legislation (4);
(e) the occurrence of the nest site of the field and, where appropriate, the mud),
(f) the incidence of sown or peat meadows6),
(g) cultivation of genetically modified variets7),
(h) results of agrochemical testing of agricultural soils (8);
(i) the occurrence of valuable habitats of the grasscountries4),
(j) the level of the operational level and the presence of litoral9) for the type of agricultural culture of the pond;
(k) classification in the territory designated for controlled floods under the Water Act (10);
(l) the area of the planted area of the vineyard under the directly applicable European Community11) for the type of agricultural crop of the vineyard;
(m) the rate of erosion risk of agricultural soils 12),
(n) the number of viable individuals per ha for the type of agricultural culture fruit orchards managed under the intensive fruit regime (13).
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2006.
