of 18 April 1995
amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 200 / 1990 Coll., on infringements, as amended, and amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, Act of the Czech National Council No. 553 / 1991 Coll., on the Municipal Police, as amended, and Act No. 528 / 1990 Coll., the Foreign Exchange Act, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 553 / 1991 Coll., on Municipal Police, as amended by Act No. 67 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 163 / 1993 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 10 (2) shall be deleted.
Paragraphs 3 and 4 shall become paragraphs 2 and 3.
2. In Paragraph 10 (3), "up to 3 'is replaced by" and 2';
3. In Paragraph 17 (3), in the part of the sentence behind the semicolon, comma after the word "decide 'is replaced by a dot and the rest of the sentence is deleted.
In Act No. 528 / 1990 Coll., the Foreign Exchange Act, as amended by Act No. 228 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 264 / 1992 Coll. and the Constitutional Act of the Czech National Council No. 4 / 1993 Coll., Paragraph 44 repeals paragraph 2, including Note No. 11a).
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 2.
This Act shall take effect on 1 June 1995.
