on the exemption of private-owned housing houses from home tax
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 24 paragraph 1 No. 2 of Act No. 143 / 1961 Coll., on Home Tax:
Housing houses with apartments in personal property 1) are exempt from home tax.
Paragraph 1 (1) of the Decree No 14 / 1968 Coll., on home tax relief, as amended by Decree No 101 / 1976 Coll., deletes the words "or residential houses with personal properties'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
