GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 August 1967
subjecting the Commission to the Government for the classification of mineral deposits
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic hereby orders pursuant to Paragraph 1 (1) (a) of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on changes in the organisation of public administration and in the jurisdiction of its bodies:
(1) The Commission for the classification of mineral deposits held at the Central Geological Office is subject to the Government.
(2) This amends Sections 2 (c) and 4 of Government Decree No. 11 / 1958 Coll., on the organisation of the State Geological Service.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1967.
