about estates, artistic productions and folk entertainment.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Supervision of public production and folk entertainment businesses are carried out by the Education and Culture Unions of the Councils of the District National Committees, which may delegate this competence to the executive bodies of local national committees.
Final provisions
The Ministry of Education and Culture shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities and authorities, issue detailed provisions for the implementation of this Act, in particular on the authorisation and supervision of the activities of artistic and physical persons.

2nd Decree No. 55 / 1949 Coll., on the coordination of concert and artistic productions,
as well as all other provisions of the existing provisions on matters governed by this law.
This Law shall take effect from the date of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Education and Culture in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
