Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 6 April 1946
on the regulation of jurisdiction in criminal matters of pensions.
Under Section 106 of the Act of 19 February 1946, No 30 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies, I declare to Slovakia in agreement with the Finance Officer:
§ 1.
The amounts under which the jurisdiction of financial authorities and pension courts is governed, as set out in Sections 501, 516 and 517 of the Penal Code, are increased to 100 times.
§ 2.
The amounts which, pursuant to Section 173 of the 1835 Official Instructions on the Penal Code, govern the jurisdiction of financial authorities and pension courts are increased to 30 times.
§ 3.
(1) The tax authorities of the I. stools may, in the abandonment proceedings, reduce or completely waive the fine referred to in § 541, § 1 of the Penal Code and § 1, § 1 of the Order of the Ministry of Finance of 26 February 1851, amount XIII, § 52 of 1852, if the fine does not exceed 5 000 Kčs and if there are cases of special consideration.
(2) In the cases referred to in paragraph 1, the tax authorities of the second stools may reduce or completely waive the fine if they do not exceed 40 000 CZK.
§ 4.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
