THE LAW
of 7 March 2024
amending Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Memorial Care, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
In Section 20 of Act No. 20 / 1987 Coll., on State Heritage Care, as amended by Act No. 124 / 2011 Coll., paragraph 3 reads:
"(3) A case showing the characteristics of a cultural monument referred to in Paragraph 2 (1) which has been lent on the territory of the Czech Republic for the purpose of exhibition, restoration or scientific examination shall not be subject to the execution of any enforcement or execution, and the provisional measure may not be imposed on such a case if such a loan is in the interest of the Czech Republic; Nor can any decision or measure be taken to prevent the recovery of such a case. The interest of the Czech Republic is certified by the Ministry of Culture."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
