DECLARATION
of 18 March 2013
on the issue of the commemorative silver two hundred crowns for the 250th anniversary of the birth of Aloyse Klar
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On 10 April 2013, the 250th anniversary of the birth of the founder of the Aloyse Klara blind constitution is issued a silver commemorative coin of CZK 200 (hereinafter referred to as the "two hundred crowns").
(2) Two hundred koruna is issued in the normal version and in a special version with polished field of coin and matte relief (hereinafter "special version").
(3) The two-hundred korona in normal and special design is rolled from an alloy containing 925 parts of silver and 75 parts of copper. The weight of the two-hundredth crown is 13 g, its diameter 31 mm and its strength 2,2 mm. In the case of an embossing of two hundred crowns in normal and special design, the tolerance shall be 0,1 mm in diameter and 0,15 mm in thickness. In mass, the tolerance shall be up to 0,26 g and in the silver content shall be up to 1%. The edge of two hundred crowns in normal version is serrated, the edge of the commemorative coin in special design is smooth with the feature "CZECH NATIONAL BANKA * Ag 0.925 * 13 g *."
(1) On the front of the two hundred crown is the motive of the hand read by Braille on Picht's typewriter. Under the picture of the hand is the denomination of the coin with the abbreviation "CZK 200." The typewriter shall bear the name of the State "CZECH REPUBLIC." At the bottom of the typewriter is an example of the alphabet in Braille. The inscription "Aloys Klar" appears in Braille under the picture of the typewriter. The brand of the Czech Mint consisting of the composition of the letters "No" and "M" is at the right edge of the two hundred crown.
(2) On the reverse side of the two-hundred crown is a portrait of Aloys Klar, which is partly covered in the right part by the painting of the building of Klara Institute of Blind Men and the signature of Aloys Klar. At the left edge of the two hundred crown is an unclosed copy of "ALOYS KLAR." On the left of the portrait are the years "1763" and "2013." Under the collar on the portrait are the initials of the author of the two hundred crown Branislav Ronai, which are formed by the associated letters "BR."
(3) The picture of the two hundred crown is given in the annex to this decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 10 April 2013.
