GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 February 2011
amending Government Regulation No. 430 / 2006 Coll., on the establishment of geodetic reference systems and national map works binding on the territory of the State and the principles of their application
The Government mandates pursuant to Paragraph 17 (2) of Act No. 200 / 1994 Coll., on surveying and amending and supplementing certain laws related to its implementation, as amended by Act No. 319 / 2004 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 430 / 2006 Coll., on the establishment of geodetic reference systems and national map works binding on the territory of the State and the principles of their use, is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (1) (a) and in the Annex, point 1 of the introductory part of the provision, the word "reference" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 3 (1) (c), the words "1: 10 000," are inserted after the words "1: 25 000,"
3. In Article 3 (1) (f), "a 'is replaced by" a', and at the end of the text in point (f) the words "and 1: 1 000 000 'are added.
4. Point (b) of the Annex 1 reads as follows:
"(b) a set of coordinates of points that are related to the 1984 World Geodetic System in implementation of the G873,"
5. Point 2 (b) of the Annex reads as follows:
"(b) a set of geocentric coordinates of selected points of geodetic bases, the coordinates of which were related to epoch 1989.0 and the European terrestrial reference framework (ETRF) in implementation 2000 (ETRF2000), ';
6. In point 2 (c) of the Annex, the text "(GRS80) 'is inserted after the number" 1980'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 April 2011.
