COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 13 March 2009
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, they were deposited with it between 1.2.2009 and 28.2.2009:
1. Higher Collective Agreement 2009 - 2012 (5.2.2009) concluded between
Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of public transport
and
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto repair Czech and Moravia - Section of public transport + VSD.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2010 (dated 29 January 2009) concluded between
Czech Moravian Electrical Association
and
KOVO trade union.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1 January to 31 December 2009 (12 February 2009) concluded between
Association of Air Manufacturers
and
KOVO trade union.
