COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs

on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it from 1.1.2003 to 31.1.2003 and the following amendments to collective agreements of higher degree:
1. Collective contract of higher degree 2003 - 2004 (dated 19 December 2002) concluded
between
UNIOS trade union
and
TRANSGAS
and
Czech Gas Union.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for the period from 1.1.2003 to 31.12.2003 (dated 23 January 2003)
between
KOVO Trade Union
and
Czech Moravian Electrical Association.
3. Collective contract for 2003 (9 December 2002)
between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair in Bohemia and Moravia (Section of the Road Economy)
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic (Section of the Road Economy).
4. Appendix 2 of the higher-step collective agreement 2001-2003 (of 6 January 2003) concluded
between
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
5. Addendum to the higher-grade collective agreement 2003-2004 (9 January 2003) concluded
between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
6. Appendix 1 of the higher-step collective agreement 2002-2003 (dated 13 January 2003) concluded
between
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
7. Appendix 1 of the higher-grade collective agreement 2003 - 2004 (dated 17 January 2003) concluded

Union of employees of glass, ceramic, jewellery and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
