DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 26 April 1995
on exemption from administrative charges
The Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 12 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended by Act No. 273 / 1994 Coll., provides:
Nada1) and civil associations (2) based on the provision of public service activities in the fields of environmental protection, youth protection, animal protection, social care, health, the protection of the life and health of persons, culture, gym and sport, science and research, education and education, fire protection and protection of monuments are exempt from the administrative fees provided for in items 3, 4, 5 and 10 of the schedule of administrative fees of the Czech National Council Act No. 368 / 1992 Coll., on administrative fees, as amended by Act No. 85 / 1994 Coll.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
