supplementing Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs Decree No. 33 / 1984 Coll., on Travel Refunds
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 43 (1) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Czech Socialist Republic, the Ministry of Finance, Prices and Wages of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Central Council of Trade Unions:
Decree No 33 / 1984 Coll. is added as follows:
The following Section 18a is inserted after Section 18:
A single worker who, in connection with the conversion of organisational structures of production technical, scientific research and circulatory base of the national economy to state enterprises and changes in the organisation of central authorities6a) has been transferred or released within the organisation and accepted into an indefinite employment relationship by another organisation, the organisation may provide compensation under paragraphs 12 to 16 (1) or some of them under the same conditions as the married worker. '
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 1988.
