on the competence to grant, modify and withdraw authorisations for the conclusion of a production specialisation contract or production co-operation with foreign Czechoslovak legal persons governed by national committees
The Government of the Czech Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 26 paragraph 2 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs:
The authorisation to conclude, amend or revoke a production specialisation contract or production cooperation with foreign Czechoslovak legal persons managed by national committees (hereinafter referred to as "the organisation ') shall be granted, amend and withdraw, on a proposal from the Regional National Committee responsible for the organisation's headquarters, by the Central Authority of the Republic of the Republic, in whose jurisdiction the sector in which the organisation to conclude the contract is engaged is engaged in economic activity.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August 1980.
