DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 19 July 1979
on amendments to Decree No. 128 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, pursuant to § 172 (1) and (3) of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, with the other central authorities involved and with the Central Council of Trade Unions and according to the principles laid down by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic:
Decree No. 128 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 28 (2) (a), the amount of 600 CZK shall be replaced by 780 CZK and the amount of 1100 CZK by 1330 CZK;
Paragraph 110 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The tuition fee shall be:

and increases for each additional child by 290 CZK a month. '
3. In Paragraph 115 in paragraph 1, the amount of 600 CZK is replaced by 780 CZK and in paragraph 2, the amount of 1100 CZK is replaced by the amount of 1330 CZK.
4. Paragraph 124 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The allowance for children shall be:

| na 2 děti | 530 Kčs |
| na 3 děti | 1030 Kčs |
| na 4 děti | 1480 Kčs |
and increase by 290 ccs a month for each additional child. '
The increase in the pension referred to in Article I (3) of this Order shall be made on request at the earliest from the payment of the pension due after the effective date of that Order.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1979.
