on the cancellation of the University of 17 November in Prague
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The University of Prague, 17 November, is repealed.
Government Decree No. 108 / 1961 Coll., on the establishment of the University of 17 November in Prague, as amended by Government Decree No. 5 / 1966 Coll.
This legal measure shall take effect on 30 September 1974.
