extending the powers of the Ministry of Mining
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
(1) The Ministry of Mining is now in charge of the uranium industry.
(2) The Central Administration of the uranium Industry is hereby repealed.
Law No. 73 / 1965 Coll., amending the Central Research and Mining Administration of Radioactive Materials in the Central Administration of the Uranium Industry, is hereby repealed.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
