about concert and other music activities.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Preliminary provisions
Organisation for concert and other music activities
(2) In agreement with the Director of the Slovak Planning Office and with the Director of Finance in Slovakia, the Education and Culture Officer shall establish an organisation to carry out the tasks referred to in paragraph 1 (a) to (c).
Organisation and supervision of public production
Supervision of public production is exercised by the departments of education and culture of the councils of the county national committees, which may delegate this competence to the executive bodies of the local national committees.
Final provisions
The Ministry of Education and Culture shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities and authorities, issue detailed provisions for the implementation of this Act, in particular on the negotiation and abolition of contracts for the placement of professional musicians, the authorisation and supervision of public production and the establishment and operation of sets of professional and folk musicians.
The Music and Artistic Centre in Prague and the Music and Artistic Centre in Bratislava are deleted. The liquidation of the rights and obligations of these organisations shall be carried out by liquidators appointed by the Ministry of Education and Culture in agreement with the Ministry of Finance.
All provisions of the existing provisions on matters governed by this law shall be repealed.
This Law shall take effect from the date of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister for Education and Culture in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
