on the legal ineffectiveness of the tariff provisions of the Additional Convention of 30 March 1931 on the Trade and Navigation Agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and South Slavia of 14 November 1928 and the Additional Agreements thereto of 10 November 1936 and 1 July 1938.
The replacement of the notes between the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Ambassador and the authorised Minister of the Federal National Republic of Jugoslavia in Prague, with the agreement of the two Contracting Parties, became, on 28 November 1945, the legally inefficient tariff provisions of the Additional Convention on the Trade and Navigation Agreement between the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Kingdom of South-Slavia of 14 November 1928, negotiated on 30 March 1931, published by the Government Decree of 7 May 1931, No 79 Coll., and the provisions of the Additional Agreement to the quoted Additional Convention, which was negotiated on 1 July 1938 and published by the Government Decree of 22 July 1936, No 309 Coll.
