amending Decree No 9 / 2015 Coll., laying down the formalities and models for the mandates for the exercise of state supervision, state professional supervision, top state supervision and top state professional supervision in transport in the form of a licence and amending the related decrees
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 66 (1) of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 103 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 181 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 191 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 194 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 134 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 319 / 2016 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 58 (5) Act:
Decree No 9 / 2015 Coll., on the establishment of the formalities and models of the mandates for the exercise of state supervision, state professional supervision, top state supervision and top state professional supervision in transport in the form of a licence and amending the related decrees, shall be amended as follows:
1. In Section 5, the words "Requirements and models' are replaced by the words" Model 'and the words "and Supreme State Surveillance' are deleted.
2. In the introductory sentence of Article 5 (1) and in paragraph 2, the words "and supreme state supervision 'are deleted.
3. in Article 5 (1) (b), the words "or national supervision" shall be deleted;
4. In Article 5 (3), the word "Model 'is replaced by the word" Model', the words "and national supervision 'are deleted and the words" listed' are replaced by the words "is given '.
5. Annex 5, including the title, shall read:

This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
