DECLARATION
Ministry of Interior
of 15 February 2002
amending Decree No. 233 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the Constitutional Court found published under No. 243 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides in the agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 92 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on the elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., (hereinafter referred to as "the Act '), in the agreement with the Czech Statistical Office pursuant to § 92 paragraph 1 (c) of the Act and in the agreement with the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 92 paragraph 1 (d) of the Act:
Decree No. 233 / 2000 Coll., on the implementation of certain provisions of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and amendment of certain laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the Constitutional Court found published under No. 243 / 1999 Coll. and Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (1), including footnote 1):
"(1) A separate list of voters (hereinafter referred to as" the special list ") 1) shall be conducted in a book or a filing system, or by means of computer technology, broken down by constituency or specific constituencies of the municipal office, the municipal authority, the municipal authority, the municipal authority, the municipal authority, the municipal authority, the municipal authority, the municipal authority of the Czech Republic, with the exception of the consular office led by an honorary consular officer (hereinafter referred to as the" representative office "). The models of the separate lists kept by the municipal office and the representative office are set out in Annex 1.
1) Article 6 of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and amending and supplementing certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 212 / 1996 Coll., the Constitutional Court found published under No. 243 / 1999 Coll., Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll., the Constitutional Court found under No. 61 / 2001 Coll. and Act No. 37 / 2002 Coll. '
2. In Article 1 (2), the words "maintained by the municipal authority 'shall be inserted after the words" in a separate list', the words "name 'shall be inserted after the words" or, where appropriate, names' and the words "birth number 'shall be replaced by the words" date of birth'.
3. In Article 1, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2, including footnote (1a):
"(3) The special list kept by the representative office shall record the number of the constituency in which the voter will vote, his name or names, 1a) the surname and residence of the voter who does not reside in the Czech Republic or the permanent residence of the voter voting on the voter's card; If the birth number is not indicated, the surname, date and place of birth, state of birth and sex of the voter shall be indicated.
1a) § 61 of Act No. 301 / 2000 Coll., on Matrices, Name and Surname and on the amendment of certain related laws. '
Paragraphs 3 to 8 shall be renumbered paragraphs 4 to 9.
4. In Paragraph 1, renumbered paragraph 5, the first sentence of the heading "3 'is replaced by" 4' and the following sentences are added at the end of the paragraph: "The municipal office of such an electorate shall state that it has been deleted because of its application for entry on a special list at the representative office in connection with the elections to the Parliament of the Czech Republic. This note shall also be included in the extract from the permanent electoral list for the District Electoral Commission. ';
5. In Article 1, renumbered paragraph 6, the following sentence is inserted after the first sentence: "Similarly, the representative office shall proceed to the conclusion of the special list, which shall then transmit the extracts thereof to the special district electoral commission."
6. Paragraph 1 of the newly marked paragraph 8 reads:
"(8) National citizen of the Czech Republic who resides outside the Czech Republic and arrives
(a) on the days of the elections to the Chamber of Deputies to the Election Room, the District Election Commission or the Special Circuit Election Commission shall be entered in the extract of the special list,
(b) on the days of the Senate elections to the Election Room on the territory of the Czech Republic, the District Electoral Commission will be entered in the listing of a special list on presentation of the electoral licence. "
footnote 3 is deleted;
7. in Paragraph 2 (2) (b), the words "district offices" shall be replaced by the words "urban offices."
8. In Article 4 (1) and (2), the word "at the latest 'shall be inserted before the number" 45'.
9. In Article 5 (2), the words "the code shall be supplemented by the sex data of the candidate 'shall be inserted after the words" independent candidates'.
10. the words "(1a, 1b)" shall be added at the end of Paragraph 6 (1) (1).
11. the words "(2a, 2b)" shall be added at the end of Paragraph 6 (1) (2).
12. in Article 6 (2), point 7 is deleted and in point 6 at the end, the dot is added.
13. in the second sentence of Paragraph 8 (2), the words "District Office in Prague 1" are replaced by the words "Office of the City Office of Prague 1."
14. In the second sentence of Article 12 (1), "on the same day 'is replaced by" on the same days'.
15. The following Section 14a is inserted after Section 14:
The first day of the election is the first day of the election under this decree. '
16. in Annex 1, Model 1a.:
