GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 March 1999
amending Government Regulation No 175 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for simple pressure vessels
The Government orders pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on the Amendment and Addition of Certain Acts (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") to implement Sections 12 (1) and (4) and 13 (2) and (4) of the Act:
Government Regulation No 175 / 1997 Coll., laying down technical requirements for simple pressure vessels, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 3 (3) (b), the word 'smaller' is replaced by 'not larger';
2. In Annex No 1, point 1.1.1. (cb), the symbol "ł 'is replaced by the symbol" ≥' and the symbol "Winthrop 'by the symbol" <'.
3. In Annex 1, point 1.1.1. (cc), at the end of the fourth row, the dash is deleted and the figure symbol "10 ° C 'is replaced by" -10 ° C' on the fifth row.
4. In Annex No 1, point 1.1.2. (bb), the symbol "ł 'is replaced by the symbol" ≥'.
5. In Annex 1, point 2 is replaced by the following:
"2. Design of containers
When designing the container, the manufacturer shall be:
(a) determined according to the purpose of using the following value:
1. the lowest working temperature of Tmin,
2. maximum working temperature Tmax,
3. maximum working pressure PS.
If the selected lowest working temperature is higher than -10 ° C, the required material properties shall be guaranteed for -10 ° C,
(b) the following requirements are also taken into account:
1. it must be possible to carry out an internal surface check;
2. it shall be possible to empty the vessels;
3. the mechanical properties must be maintained throughout the specified life of the container;
4. the containers must be adequately protected against corrosion, taking into account their prescribed use;
(c) account taken of the fact that under the intended conditions of use:
1. the containers will not be exposed to a voltage which could jeopardise their safety during use,
2. the internal pressure will not continuously exceed the maximum working pressure PS, but may be temporarily exceeded by up to 10%.
Circular and longitudinal welds shall be made of fully welded welds or welds equivalent. The gilt bottom, with the exception of semi-spherical days, shall have a cylindrical hem. ';
6. In Annex 2, points 1 (b) and 1 (c) are replaced by the words "temperature '.
7. In Annex 2, point 1 (e), the word "mark 'is replaced by the word" mark'.
8. In Annex No 2, point 4.2, in the first row, the figure symbol "5,65, So 'is replaced by the figure symbol" 5,65.So1 / 2'.
9. In Annex 2, point 4.2, in the second row, the symbol "- 'is replaced by the symbol" ='.
10. In Annex 2, point 4.2, in the fifth line, the word "highest 'is inserted before the word" working'.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
