amending and supplementing Decree No. 69 / 1975 Coll., on the Convention on the Establishment of the World Intellectual Property Organisation, signed at Stockholm on 14 July 1967
By Decision of the World Intellectual Property Organisation Conference on 2 October 1979, the following amendments to the above Convention were adopted:
1. in Article 6.2 (iv), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by the word "two-year";
2. in Article 6.4 (a), "three years" is replaced by "two years";
3. in Article 7.2 (ii) and (iii), the word "three-year" shall be replaced by "two-year";
4. in Article 8.3, paragraph IV shall be deleted;
These amendments entered into force on 1 June 1984 on the basis of Article 17 (3) of the Convention and entered into force on 1 June 1984 for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
