establishing Honorable Recognition for the Merit of the Development of Education
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic orders in accordance with § 9 (4) of Act No. 62 / 1962 Coll., on the Lease of Honours:
In order to appreciate the merits of individual and collective workers, businesses, cooperatives, social organisations and other institutions outside the Ministry of Education for their extremely active activities in the building and further development of schools and schools, "Honorary recognition for the merits of the development of education '(" Honorary recognition') is hereby established.
(1) The Minister of Education of the Slovak Socialist Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Minister of Education"), in an agreement with the Slovak Trade Union Committee on Education and Science Workers' Association, gives due consideration to important events in education.
(2) In an agreement with the Slovak Trade Union of Education and Science Workers, the Minister of Education will withdraw honorary recognition from those individuals and collectibles who have become unworthy of it.
The Minister of Education shall issue a Statute to adjust the details of the granting and withdrawal of honorary recognition.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
