DECLARATION
Council of the West Bohemian Regional National Committee in Pilsen
of 4 July 1967
withdrawing from certain municipal national committees in the area of responsibility of the building office
(1) The Council of the West Bohemian Regional National Committee in Pilsen withdraws from the following municipal national committees pursuant to Article 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the construction rules:

| Habartov | okres Sokolov |
| Loket | okres Sokolov |
| Rotava | okres Sokolov. |
(2) This changes § 1 of Decree No. 92 / 1961 Coll.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1967.
