The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, indicates that on 12 December 2018 Price Regulation 1 / 2019 / FAR on price regulation of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes and the Price Decision 1 / 19-FAR establishing a list of ATC groups not subject to price regulation in that pharmaceutical form. Both the price regulation and the price decision were published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of 21 December 2018 and became effective on 1 January 2019.
