on the publication and publication of the overall results of the additional and new elections to the municipal councils held on 5 January 2013
The State Election Commission announces and publishes, pursuant to § 51 of Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, the overall results of additional and new elections to municipal councils held on 5 January 2013.
Based on the Communication of the Ministry of Interior No. 266 / 2012 Coll., No. 270 / 2012 Coll., No. 280 / 2012 Coll., No. 292 / 2012 Coll., No. 293 / 2012 Coll. and No. 320 / 2012 Coll. were held on 5 January 2013 in accordance with Act No. 491 / 2001 Coll., on elections to municipal councils and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended, additional and new elections to municipal councils.
The Czech Statistical Office found the following results from the minutes on the course and outcome of the votes submitted by the District Electoral Commission:
1. additional elections

| c) celkový počet voličů, kterým byly vydány úřední obálky: | 26 |
| d) celkový počet zvolených členů zastupitelstev | 6 |

| 90 Sdružení nezávislých kandidátů – místní sdružení celkem | 6 |
(e) a list of the municipalities in which the elections were not held (§ 23 (8)) and the municipalities in which the re-election will be announced (§ 43 (2)):
- list of municipalities where the elections were not held (§ 23 (8)):
did not occur,
- a list of municipalities where the District Electoral Commission has not submitted its minutes within the prescribed time limit (Paragraph 43 (2)):
It didn't occur.
2. new elections
