DECLARATION
of 6 January 2011
amending Decree No 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are public authorities' contact points (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No 218 / 2010 Coll.
The Ministry of Interior provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) and in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 12 (2) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 130 / 2008 Coll.:
Decree No. 364 / 2009 Coll., on the list of municipal offices and representative offices which are the contact points of the public administration (Decree on Public Administration Contact Points), as amended by Decree No. 218 / 2010 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The word "Radošovice" is inserted after the word "Plav."
2. In Annex No 1, Part South Bohemia, the word "Mišovice 'is inserted after the word" Minice'.
3. In Annex No 1, part of the South Bohemia Region, the word "Slaník 'is inserted after the word" Skály'.
4. In Annex No 1, part of the South Moravian Region, the words "the Office of the City of Brno- Kohoutovice 'shall be inserted after the words" the Office of the City of Brno- Medlánky'.
5. In Annex No 1, part of the South Moravian Region, the word "Malínky 'is inserted after the word" Křižanovice'.
6. In Annex No 1, part of the Moravian-Silesian Region, the word "Libhosti 'is inserted after the word" Kunín'.
7. In Annex No 1, Part Central Bohemian Region, the word "Jeneč 'is inserted after the word" Chýnice'.
8. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the word "Libenice 'shall be inserted after the words" Křekhřečoř'.
9. In Annex No 1, part of the Central Bohemian Region, the words ", Sokolek 'and the words", Vrbová Lhota' are inserted after the word "Podibrady '.
10. In Annex No 1, part Vysočina, the word "Bartoušov 'is inserted after the word" Bachkov'.
11. In Annex 2, in the table in the row "Sydney ', the word" General' is deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication, with the exception of Article 5 (1) (a) and (b). I, point 6, which shall take effect on 1 March 2011.
