The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports provides, pursuant to § 161 (4) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-school, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act):
In § 1 of Decree No. 492 / 2005 Coll., on Regional Standards, as amended by Decree No. 47 / 2008 Coll. and Decree No. 33 / 2009 Coll., at the end of the text under (r), the words "or 1 child in the grade of the preparatory stage of the primary school special 'are added.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
