DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Finance
of 14 January 1988
on the withdrawal of banknotes of 10 CZK model 1960
The Federal Ministry of Finance pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on Money Reform, declares:
§ 1
(1) Banknotes of 10 CZK model 1960 (on the front page with Slovak girls and on the reverse with the Oravské výdlouds1)) cease to be legal money in the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic until 30 June 1988.
(2) The banknotes referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exchanged between 1 July 1988 and 30 June 1989, including all postal offices, state savings banks and branches of the Czechoslovak State Bank, between 1 July 1989 and 31 December 1989, including only the Czechoslovak State Bank branch.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
